Arctic Blast

If you live in the continental United States, chances are you are bundled up or drinking a hot beverage while reading this. A huge snow storm system is affecting most of the country in some way or another. Even down here in south Texas, we are COLD! This morning when I took Abbey to school it was 20 degrees. It got up to around 35 by the time I picked her up, but the wind had picked up too, so it wasn't any better. I am just thankful we aren't getting ice or snow. So stay warm, everybody! The Newman Girls on the Go are here to show you some of the best ways to beat the chill.
#1 Huddle for warmth. Cute winter gear is optional.

#2 Eat your snack under a Snuggie. Do not share with the dog, you are preserving body fat here!
(That is a Turbie-Twist on Abbey's head. She is using two infomercial products at once!)

#3 Get out in the blinding sunshine, even if you are wearing a tutu and your shoes are on the wrong feet.

#4 Remember, cold is a state of mind. A "Bring It On!" attitude will go a long way toward keeping you warm.

haha! Looks like you're embracing the weather! It was BEAUTIFUL here in sunny NC today! High of 70! Apparently it's a high of 45 expected tomorrow...

Loved this post Bethany! Made me smile :) Do they even sell winter clothes down there? Ainsley has that same striped scarf!
