We had a picnic lunch in our backyard the other day. I have been trying to get the girls outside to play whenever it's nice because soon it will be ridiculously hot all day long. Abbey and Elliott thought that eating outside was so fun! And I thought that not picking up food off the floor inside was fun too.
Abbey! Look at Mom! Abbey?
Elliott! Look here- oh, never mind.

From Abbey, whose allergies have been bothering her this week: "Mommy! My eyes are watering and watering and watering! They are like an eye fountain!"

Your photo commentary was funny. We go through a lot of that too - all the other children look at the one who you are calling to 'look here'.
The advantages of eating outside are many .... here we get the bonus of when we go back inside the little birds come and pick up our scraps left in the pergola so we get to watch them at work - better than TV!
