First food post

My friend Jen has this really spiffy looking blog (check out my links) and she always takes pictures of her food in restaurants and when she has a great new recipe. I'm a reasonably good cook, but the food around here is not particularly photogenic, so that will not be a regular thing on this blog. But I do love an easy recipe for sweets, so I had to share about these muffins.


Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
Combine one chocolate cake mix and one can of pumpkin.
Mix until combined.
Optionally stir in 1 bag of chocolate chips.
Scoop into paper-lined muffin tin. (Makes 24.)
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
Isn't that just the easiest thing you ever heard of? And they are so good!

Delicious! But admittedly, still not very photogenic.
