Here are the Girls on the Go wearing their "halos" made at the Hispanic Heritage month celebration at the base youth center. Abbey also made the tissue paper flower in her hand (with a little help) and a "from scratch" tortilla. the halo lady thought Elliott was a boy, so she made one with chili peppers and told Abbey, "Give this to your brother."
Why would anyone think she's a boy?! Here are the girls with their friend Hadley. These girls know how to be SILLY together. This was the last time we saw Hadley before she moved and we will miss her!
This last one is just so Abbey and Elliott. Love it! (Yes, Elliott's hat is inside out. I am just so glad she wants to dress herself that I try not to say anything.)
